At Love Letters Ketubahs, each Ketubah is personalized and made to order, crafted and shipped with care to your home. Because of the custom nature of our products, All Sales are Final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

We take great care in ensuring accuracy and quality. However, if an error was made as a result of our mistake (such as incorrect product, damage during delivery, design, or personalization that does not match the approved proof), we will gladly correct the mistake and provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Please drop an email to lovelettersketubahs@gmail.com in case of an issue when you receive your order from us. This should be done within 48 hours of delivery and include the reason.
